Fried green tomatoes topped with a pimento corn & Lima bean relish, & a bacon onion jam.
Tender calamari, battered & fried until golden. Served with crispy pickled onion, banana peppers, & spinach. Served with a curry tomato sauce & garlic aioli for dipping.
SIZZLING SEAFOOD DIP
A broiled cheesy combination of scallops, shrimp, & smoked salmon. Served with warm flat bread.
Fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes, prosciutto di Parma with grilled pears & topped with Kalamata olives, candied walnuts, & fresh basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil & an aged balsamic glaze.
Peppered & seared Ahi tuna, served over crispy Brussels leaves, & drizzled with a sake ponzu, served with wasabi mayo & furikake.
